FEC Notification: An individual may contribute up to $5,300 per election cycle, a couple may contribute up to $10,600 per election cycle to Kari Lake for Arizona. Regular PACs may contribute up to $5,300, and PAC’s that are certified as Mega PAC’s may contribute up to $10,600. A Mega PAC is a PAC that, due to the large number of contributors to it, is allowed by law to make larger contributions than a regular PAC. PAC’s and Super PAC’s must be registered with the Arizona Secretary of State in order to contribute. Contributions to Kari Lake for Arizona are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Arizona law requires Kari Lake for Arizona’s best efforts to obtain, maintain, and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of any individual who contributes more than $50 in an election cycle. Contributions from corporations, LLCs, labor unions, and foreign nationals (non-green-card holders) are prohibited.
