If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. In the first 30 days you can return your product for exchange, store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted / Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Washed products are not eligible for return or exchange.
To Request an Exchange:
1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which product you would like the exchange.
2. Denote the exchange specifics (e.g. size needed)
3. Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email
4. Send all items back to us using the label provided
5. Exchanged product will be sent upon receipt of returned item.
To Initiate a Return:

To Request In-Store Credit
1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. Denote item being returned for in-store credit.
3. Once item is received, a credit code will be sent to the purchasing email for use at TrumpTrain.com store within 30 days. Credit codes expire after 30 days after being processed for security reasons.
Additional Information:
- Refunds, replacement products or store credit may take up to 30 days for administrative processing.
- Customer is responsible for product return shipping fees.
- Lost returns are not the responsibility of TrumpTrain.com.
- Damaged returns are not accepted.
